2012 Mercedes Benz S Class rendering

     Mercedes has ruled the ultra luxury segment for ages, thanks to the S Class. The car has been used by Elite groups be it a President of a Country or a top class Business Tycoon. However the S Class has been a hard run by its competitors Audi A8 and BMW 7 Series.


     Mercedes has evolved the S Class design from wedge shaped to more dynamic one like the current model. We got some rendering pictures of the next generation car which looks good. The flowing headlamps and wraparound tail lamps as seen in the picture give a dynamic stance to the car.

Maruti R3 details rendering

     In our earlier post we had showed some spy pictures of Maruti R3 MPV being tested in India. India’s leading auto magazine Autocarindia has come up with couple of renderings which looks very similar to the actual vehicle as seen from the spy pictures.


     The R3 MPVs wheelbase has been stretched which is 38 mm longer than the Ritz. The vehicle’s length is 4265mm which is well over the stipulated small car norms in India and hence will not get the subsidy as expected. An all new K series petrol engine of 1372 cc has been developed which has 95 Bhp of power and 13 Kg of torque. The 1.3L DDiS turbo diesel of SX4 will also find the place under the hood.

Will Honda launch a Brio sedan?

     This seems to be a premature question as Honda has not yet launched the Brio hatchback in India. But according to PaulTan.org a sedan version of Honda Brio is expected to make it appearance in the next two years. The rendered picture of the Brio sedan has been published in the PaulTan.org and we feel the rendered picture could beat all the cars in its segment in terms of the design.


     The Brio sedan could be a possibility as Honda shares platforms for its cars, like – Honda City and Jazz, Honda Civic and CR-V shares platforms. All is good for Honda unless a diesel engine is present in its portfolio. We had earlier mentioned about a small diesel engine being developed for the Civic sedan. If Honda can develop a small diesel engine like they have done for the petrol one, Honda could be invincible in the World automotive scene.

Skoda Rapid rendering

     Here is the rendering of the soon to be launched Skoda Rapid. Couple of days ago we had showed the spy pictures of the Skoda Rapid being testing at Skoda's plant at Aurangabad.

     The rendering picture was found at http://www.automobile-magazine.fr site. The car in the picture resembles very much to the spy pictures we showed. With this looks Rapid is going to be a strong competitor to SX4, New Hyundai Verna and All new Ford Fiesta.
